The Fisherman by Diana

Romeo was a fisherman. He loved to fish. he went fishing every Saterday. One summer day he went fishing in the ocean. He was getting a lot of fish. He was happy that he was catching a lot of fish. He thought that if he went farther out in he ocean, he would get more fish. While he was fishing he thought that he had got a big fish, but it wasn't a fish. It was a shark! He tried getting the shark into the boat, but the shark wouldn't let him. Romeo pulled very hard , but so did the shark. suddenly the line broke. He looked for the shark, but he couldn't find it. A few minutes later the shark came back and started hitting the boat. Romeo tried to start his boat, but it wouldn't work. He was worried. He thought that he was going to die. He kept trying and trying until for 30 minutes. The boat finally started. He went home and told everyone what happend. thy were so happy that he was okay.

Messy Car by Carolina

Last week I went with my mom to go to the mall. We were getting in the car. My car is a silver Impala 2005 with silver rims. It was so messy from the inside out. There were lots of wrappers inside and clothes too so we decided to go to the car wash then to the mall. We got to the car wash. We started to clean the outside then the inside. Finally we were done cleaning the car. It was spotless. We got inside and off we went to the mall. We had so much fun cleaning the car and going to the mall. We bought some shoes in some stores, some clothes, and some delicious food.

My family and I like to go to the Jet Cars Races on Saturday nights. When we get there we pay for everthing, get drinks, food, and earmuffs for my little brother. Every kid that goes there always wants to see the cars so we always go to the pits to see them. One saturday,my brother ran over to the cars and started looking at them. The show didn't start for another ten minuts so we have plenty of time. After we walk over to our seats and sat down. The lights go off and the cars line up to race. The jet cars have a twenty four foot flame that comes out at the back and they are the loudest and the fastest. Two or three cars raced and they anounced,"we are going to take a short break and then get right back to racing."

The races started again and we sat down. Right when they started my brother said he wanted candy and a drink. I said,"ok hurry Let's go get some". We got to the stand and it is a huge line. There was a man in the line that was complaining about his food that he got. They told him to sit down on the table and they would make another order of food for him. My mom called and asked if we were ok.I said "yea, we are,good". We got to the window and asked for a hotdog and a drink. They said",We dont have anymore hotdogs,But we have the drink. Would you like that?"I did. I'm glad that was over . The races where about to start."Remember how I said that the jet cars shoot out twenty four foot flames. Well there were people on the side and in the back of the cars to make sure that there is nothing wrong with the cars.

The lights went on for them to g, but there was still a girl back behind a car. The flame hit her and she flew back five to ten feet. Feet when the ambulance arrived all her skin was gone. They took her in the ambulance and went to the hospital. We stayed there for two more races and then we went home. Every time I go back to the races, I wonder what happened to her.

A Trip to Mars by Zach

An astronaut was watching the news. On the news there was a guy saying, "In two months we will send a group of seven astronauts into outer space." When it was time to go into space the astronauts said bye to their families. Then they got into the space ship. Two months later they landed on Mars. When they were walking around they found a circular building that had no windows but had a two foot tall door. They knocked on the door. A one-foot tall, green alien answered the door. "Yes," the alien said. When he noticed they were not from Mars he yelled, "ALIENS." "No we are astronauts from Earth," one astronaut said. "We are here to study your planet," said another. "Well then go north and you will fine a town they will help you there," said the alien. "OK," said the astronauts. When the astronauts got to the town they went to the library. Since they were too big to go in they had to have someone go in and get books on the planet. Then they took the books back with them and told people about Mars.

What makes me happy, sad, scared, and bored by Miche

What makes me happy is when I'm with my firends. When I'm with my friends we like to walk somewhere or have someone take us somewhere. My boyfriend makes me happy too. I love his smile and pretty much everything about him makes me
happy. Same with all my friends.

What makes me sad is when someone close to me dies or a pet dies or runs away. It also makes me sad when my friends fight or get in a fight with my boyfirend. That really makes me sad. It also makes me sad when my dad doesn't talk to me for along time and then he wants me to come over.

What scares me are spiders and all the little things like that. When my friend or boyrfined acts like they're going to die or somehting like that. Scary movies or haunted houses sometimes scare me. I think my mom is the scariest out of all, but I love her.

What makes me bored is sitting by myself in my house. Talking to my mom is boring too but I have to talk to her. Doing homework is boring. Sitting in school with nothing to do is very boring. Oh and I'm bored right now.

Memories are many things. Some are helpful, others are lost. Most bring joy and some bring tears. My warmest memory is when I went fishing with my grandpa. I caught the most fish. My grandpa would tell me stories. My sadest memory is when my grandpa went to the hospital. His kidneys were failing. Luckily he didn't die. My most precious memory is when I saw my sisters for the first time in a long time. Those are some of my memories. Like I said, ''Memories are many things.''

Halloween by Miche

One Halloween four teenagers went for a walk. There was Jon, Nate, Katt, and Shelby. They were all best friends. As they were walking Nate said, "I have an idea." Everyone said,"What?" Then he said we should go to the haunted house where that old crazy lady lived. Katt and Shelby said," NO!" But they went anyways.

When they got there, the house was empty except for some cats that were left when the old woman died. The house was falling apart and was really old. As they walked up the stairs, they were scared about going in, but Jon and Nate went in. The girls heard loud screaming. So the girls ran inside. They couldn't find the boys so they walked around to see if they could find them. Then something jumped out of the closet and grabbed Katt. Shelby didn't notice that she was gone. Twenty minutes went by. Then Shelby noticed that Katt was gone. Shelby was really scared now. Suddenly she heard screaming. She started to run around scared and screaming. Then finally she ran out the door and down the stairs. She turned and looked back at the house. Jon, Nate, and Katt were never heard from again. After that day, she never went back or talked about it ever again.
