Street racing is one of my favorite things to do. Every friday and saturday night my brother and I go racing. First we go to the store and get drinks and food then we go to chevron and meet up with all the racers. After all the racers are there we go race the other cars. Most of the time we race from twenty to fifty m.p.h. If thereare no cops we do quarter of a mile drag races but usually the cops come and we have to leave.

Indoor Football by Corey

I'm going to play indoor football until high school football starts. I havn't started yet but our first game is on June 5th. I'm going to play running back and defensive back. The reason why I want to play running back is because I love to juke people and run them over. When you play running back you can't be scared to get hit because you get tackled a lot. I hope my team goes to the playoffs because I want to try to win the championship trophy.

Deron Williams by corey

Deron Williams is the jazz starting point guard. He has been with the jazz for three years and started two of those three years.
He is my favorite point guard of all time. The things that I like about him is he never gets mad at his team or the other team if they do something wrong, and my most favorite things are is when he does all of his moves to get to the hoop. I think in a couple of years he will get the M.V.P award. I hope that he will stay with the jazz for a long time because if the jazz are losing he does everything he can to try and get them to win.

My favorite basketball player by Corey

My feavorite basketball player is Lebron James. He playes small forward for the Clevland Cavaliers. Since he got Drafted by the Cav's he's been my favorite. I like him because he is good and he doesn't try to act better than everyone els. Lebron avrages twenty eight points a game and six asist. It would be so cool to meet Lebron James. One day i am going to get floor seats to a game and watch him play. My dream is to meet Lebron James and play in the NBA.

Hey Selver,
Africa is so cool! There are huge lions, giraffs, and many other animals. There are many things to do in Africa. I wish that you could come and hang out with me here. But before you come here you have to get eight stinging shots in your arm, but that doesn't hurt forever. People here are really nice and they teach you alot of things.

Football by Corey

Football is my second favorite sport. Since I play football for Hillcrest that is my favorite high school. I am going to try out for the sophmore team next year in the summer. The coaches look at your grades from fourth quarter this year and you have to get a two point zero grade avrage. I want to play quarter back and corner or receiver. Any position that I get I will be happy because I just want to play. My favorite team is the Dallas Cowboys. They are in the playoffs and I hope they go to the Superbowl.

I was born in Dallas, Texas. I lived there with my aunt until my mom and I had to move to Utah. My dad was with me until I was three years old. It was so much fun living in Dallas because there is always something to do, but the only bad thing is it gets really hot. The other bad thing is there are no mountains so you can't go snowboarding. I have a lot of family in Texas. That's why I want to move back there so bad. One day I hope to go back there and stay with my family.

Utah Jazz by Corey

My second favorite team is the Utah Jazz. There is not one player that I don't like from the Jazz. I have season tickets to every home game with my friend Darron and his dad. Sometimes we get stuff when the Jazz Bear or other people throw them to where we sit. Ever since I was little I've always loved to watch and play basketball. It's my favorite sport. I hope to be a profesional basketball player when I'm older. I think the best player on the Jazz is Deron Williams. He is the point guard for the Jazz. Jerry Sloan doesn't play rookies a lot so all the players that they get from college usually don't play until their first year has gone by then they might play for a quarter. I hope that the Jazz make it to the playoffs this year and win the finals.

Haunted House by Corey

In the middle of field there was a roofless house. The house had no roof and it was very dark inside. There were weeds that were surrounding the house. There was no paint on the house and there was nothing there besids the crows and the roofless house. The house looked like nobody has ever lived there for a long time. If any one ever did live there it must have been along time ago.

Rocky Mountain Raceway by Corey

My family and I like to go to the Jet Cars Races on Saturday nights. When we get there we pay for everthing, get drinks, food, and earmuffs for my little brother. Every kid that goes there always wants to see the cars so we always go to the pits to see them. One saturday,my brother ran over to the cars and started looking at them. The show didn't start for another ten minuts so we have plenty of time. After we walk over to our seats and sat down. The lights go off and the cars line up to race. The jet cars have a twenty four foot flame that comes out at the back and they are the loudest and the fastest. Two or three cars raced and they anounced,"we are going to take a short break and then get right back to racing."

The races started again and we sat down. Right when they started my brother said he wanted candy and a drink. I said,"ok hurry Let's go get some". We got to the stand and it is a huge line. There was a man in the line that was complaining about his food that he got. They told him to sit down on the table and they would make another order of food for him. My mom called and asked if we were ok.I said "yea, we are,good". We got to the window and asked for a hotdog and a drink. They said",We dont have anymore hotdogs,But we have the drink. Would you like that?"I did. I'm glad that was over . The races where about to start."Remember how I said that the jet cars shoot out twenty four foot flames. Well there were people on the side and in the back of the cars to make sure that there is nothing wrong with the cars.

The lights went on for them to g, but there was still a girl back behind a car. The flame hit her and she flew back five to ten feet. Feet when the ambulance arrived all her skin was gone. They took her in the ambulance and went to the hospital. We stayed there for two more races and then we went home. Every time I go back to the races, I wonder what happened to her.
