The haunted house stood on a hill. At night the vampire bats came out of the house. The crows get the day. They rest on the caved in roof. The weeds coverd the pale house. It's always dark and cloudy. The house rots to the ground. It remains abandoned and it's scary surrondings keep it that way. It stays old and gray - haunted by the past.
Good details. I liked the phrase, "haunted by the past."
